Calculating office space needed for a client by compiling a space calculation based on their functional requirements.

Planning and optimizing the allocated space with the tenant’s special needs.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN:
Our creative teams work with your tenant’s to develop a design that reflects their brand, supports their company culture and drives productivity within their business.
COST ESTIMATE:
Dependent on referral rating we will supply either a high level cost estimate based on a m² rate, or an itemized cost estimate.
MODE APPOINTMENT:
Once the project has been awarded to MODE, the commission will be applicable.
